You'll maintain rental properties across multiple sites in Birmingham, AL, handling HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs. You'll also prepare vacant units for new move-ins and conduct property inspections. This role offers no on-call and no weekends, plus a company vehicle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform routine and emergency HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
• Prepare vacant units for new move-ins (make-readies)
• Conduct move-in/out and property onboarding audits
• Manage service tasks via mobile apps and post legal notices

📋 Requirements

• HVAC Type II Certification required
• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable using mobile apps for work orders and communication
• High school diploma or GED
