You'll be the first point of contact for customers and architect of our AI-powered support infrastructure. Your work will directly impact how millions of frontline workers use our platform. This role combines hands-on support with process optimization using the latest AI tools.
π― What You'll Do
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via Zendesk and ensure timely resolution
- Develop AI-driven automations for ticket triage and self-service
- Configure and optimize support platform for scalability
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product team
π Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Care or Support in B2B SaaS
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk configuration and reporting
- Active, documented use of AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) in professional context
- Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2+)

- Experience with Linear or Jira for cross-team collaboration
