🎯 What You'll Do

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via Zendesk and ensure timely resolution
  • Develop AI-driven automations for ticket triage and self-service
  • Configure and optimize support platform for scalability
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product team

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Care or Support in B2B SaaS
  • Proficiency in Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk configuration and reporting
  • Active, documented use of AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) in professional context
  • Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2+)
