💼 About This Role

You'll lead interconnection strategy and execution for large load customers, managing the full interconnection lifecycle and negotiating key agreements with utilities and ISOs. You'll be the internal authority on where and when Generate can deliver power, driving site identification and grid integration across the U.S.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead interconnection strategy for large load customers across the U.S.
• Screen and qualify markets using grid constraints and queue dynamics.
• Manage interconnection lifecycle including studies and cost allocation.
• Negotiate interconnection agreements with utilities and ISOs.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in power system engineering or interconnection.
• Experience at a power developer, utility, ISO/RTO, or data center developer.
• Experience supporting large-load interconnections such as data centers.
• Strong understanding of FERC transmission tariffs and interconnection processes.

✨ Nice to Have

• Engineering background (electrical or mechanical).
• Experience with transmission planning and queue reform.
