Description

You will provide hands-on technical support, diagnose and resolve hardware/software/network issues, perform system maintenance and upgrades, assist with user account management and access control, and enforce IT security best practices in a hybrid healthcare environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in CS/IT/Engineering preferred
• 1-2 years experience in technical support, help desk, or IT technician roles
• Strong understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting methodologies
• Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, routing, DNS, firewall)
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and HIPAA/GDPR compliance

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, OS, and applications
• Manage user accounts, access control, IT inventory, and documentation
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and maintain network equipment
• Set up workstations for new employees and provide user training
