You'll lead the MEA business for a fast-scaling SaaS company in beauty and wellness. You'll own commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing team. This role reports directly to the CEO and offers a true leadership challenge.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a high-performing MEA Business Development and Account Management team
• Design and scale the MEA commercial team structure
• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for MEA
• Act as the voice of the MEA region within the business

📋 Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in SaaS, marketplace or technology business
• Proven track record of managing and scaling commercial teams including managing through managers
• Experience leading sales and account management in SMB-focused environments
• Skilled at using performance data to guide decisions and track progress

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
• Hands-on coaching and negotiation skills
• Multi-region commercial experience
