Description

You will design and deliver enablement programs for Field Sales teams across a region, spending 50-75% of your time in the field observing interactions and providing coaching. You'll partner with sales leadership to identify gaps, create training content, and drive revenue growth through improved sales performance.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years delivering enablement programs for Field Sales or Outbound Sales teams in global SaaS companies
  • Experience evaluating enablement program effectiveness on metrics like pipeline growth, win rates, and quota attainment
  • Experience working with data to extract actionable insights
  • Proven track record of creating field sales enablement content and tools
  • Native speaker of the region for linguistic and cultural fluency

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute regional enablement strategies focused on prospecting, territory management, solution selling, and deal closure
  • Create onboarding programs and skill-development workshops using flipped classroom, roleplays, and field-based learning
  • Develop enablement assets including playbooks, pitch decks, objection-handling guides, and demo scripts
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Sales Leadership to align messaging and go-to-market strategies
  • Provide targeted coaching through ride-alongs and shadowing, offering structured feedback to reinforce best practices
