• Plan and deliver land projects from kickoff through completion.

• Direct and support landmen and subject matter experts.

• Track quality and efficiency through data dashboards and QC feedback.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in land, title, or acquisitions.
• Proven ability to manage teams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization, communication, and analytical skills.
• Fluency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Energy Management or related field.
• AAPL membership (RPL or CPL).
• Familiarity with GIS systems or deed plotting tools.
