As a Senior Sales Engineer, you'll partner with the sales team to support strategic opportunities across Spain, Italy, and Portugal. You'll deliver impactful product demonstrations, design solutions that address customer needs, and provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle, all while staying ahead of the competitive landscape.

Requirements

• Consulting sales engineering expertise
• Enterprise software proficiency, especially contact center or automation
• JavaScript programming/scripting experience
• Experience with conversational AI and generative AI
• Fluent in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Support strategic opportunities across Iberia and Italy
• Partner with sales team to plan and execute strategic deals
• Participate in discovery calls and technical deep dives
• Create and deliver customized product demonstrations
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend solutions
