Your core impact is driving execution and delivery by breaking down ambiguous initiatives into clear, sequenced, achievable work. This role emphasizes hands-on coding alongside guiding a strong team toward clear solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Convert high-level initiatives into actionable engineering plans
• Design and implement backend services and mission-critical software
• Break down large system efforts into sequenced, achievable units
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with system ownership
• Proficiency in Rust, Python, or C/C++
• Experience designing and building backend systems and APIs
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) or CI/CD
• Familiarity with distributed systems or real-time systems
• Experience supporting mission-critical environments
