You'll partner with marketing leadership to drive data-driven decisions across growth, SEO, and international teams. You'll design measurement frameworks and analyze performance to inform investment strategies. This hybrid role requires two days per week in Barcelona.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead analysis on customer retention and LTV expansion
• Design reporting architecture and define key business metrics
• Define experimentation methodology for marketing initiatives
• Partner with Growth, International, and SEO leadership

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years using data to drive business impact
• Advanced proficiency in SQL
• Strong proficiency in Python or R
• Proven expertise in A/B testing and experimental design
