💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a hands-on technical leader in the SRE team, influencing product development and ensuring systems are reliable, scalable, and observable. You'll drive strategic initiatives and mentor engineers, shaping architectural best practices globally. This role offers impact across global teams and cutting-edge SRE practices at a market leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design resilient infrastructure for high availability and fault tolerance across Azure.
• Establish and maintain SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Lead incident response, blameless postmortems, and learning sessions.
• Drive observability practices including telemetry, logs, metrics, and tracing.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Software Engineering with 2+ years in SRE or Platform Engineering.
• Deep experience with public cloud providers (Azure preferred).
• Strong programming in JS, Node, TypeScript, Go, Java, or C#.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with large-scale B2B SaaS platforms.
• Background in chaos engineering or resilience testing.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC 2, GDPR, FedRAMP).
