💼 About This Role

You'll own North's product strategy across Canadian public sector and defence accounts, sitting at the intersection of product, compliance, and vertical strategy. You'll translate government requirements into actionable product investments and work with engineering to build custom solutions for regulated environments. This role directly impacts AI adoption in constrained regulatory settings.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the public sector product roadmap for North, prioritizing features and compliance investments.
• Translate government requirements into actionable product requirements for engineering and design teams.
• Scope and build custom solutions with Forward Deployed Engineers for public sector accounts.
• Partner with GTM and EPM teams to support RFP responses and procurement processes.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS or regulated industries.
• Direct experience with Canadian government or defence organizations as vendor, contractor, or public servant.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator able to align engineering, sales, legal, and customer teams.
• Eligible to obtain Top Secret Canadian government security clearance.
