Description

You will own all aspects of Advanced Effects business operations and infrastructure, serving as the General Manager's chief strategist to balance resource and execution risk. You'll translate growth signals into demand across operational infrastructure, lead governance structures, and execute on special projects to scale the organization through hypergrowth.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of varied experience in an operating role at a high-growth technology company, or in finance or consulting
• Must be eligible to hold a US Top Secret clearance
• High detail orientation and data-driven approach
• Ability to solve complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems
• High ownership and low ego with strong outcome orientation

• Own all aspects of Advanced Effects business operations and infrastructure

• Translate growth signals into demand across staffing, real estate, test ranges, classified infrastructure, and production
• Own the business line's governance structure including business reviews, annual planning, and employee onboarding
• Collaborate with division leadership to evolve organizational structure and define hiring and execution standards
