You will lead a crew of 2-3 laborers on erosion control projects, handling installations like silt fence, hydroseeding, and asphalt patching while operating mini-excavators and skid steers. Daily tasks include completing paperwork and communicating with clients and project managers.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and truck/trailer experience
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Eligible for employment in US
3+ years construction or landscaping experience
Experience with Bobcats/mini excavator

Responsibilities

Manage crew of 2-3 laborers daily
Install silt fence, hydroseeding, underdrain, manhole punch, asphalt patching, crack sealing
Operate mini-excavators and skid steers
Complete daily job tickets and timesheets
Communicate with clients, superintendents, project managers
