💼 About This Role

You'll embed with cross-functional teams to build, launch, and operate regulated fintech products at Ramp. You'll analyze regulatory implications and interface with regulators on new product approvals and license applications. You'll also structure and negotiate complex partnerships with financial institutions.

• Interface with regulators on new product approvals, license applications, and examinations
• Structure and negotiate complex partnerships with financial institutions and technology platforms

📋 Requirements

• J.D. with strong academic background
• Membership in at least one state bar (NY or CA preferred)
• At least 3-5 years of legal experience
• Experience as product or regulatory counsel for a fintech or technology company
