• Source, screen, and recruit top talent across engineering disciplines.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques like Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from posting to offer negotiation.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter in the manufacturing/semiconductor industry.
• Proficient in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
