As a Solutions Architect at Stripe, you will build trusted relationships with C-level executives and technical decision makers to solve mission-critical business challenges. You will architect business models, drive new monetization opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years in customer-facing engineering role for global software enterprise
• Experience in payments/billing/fintech space
• Executive engagement skills to establish relationships with key decision makers
• Effective group facilitation and confidence leading customer meetings
• Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle and API architectures

Responsibilities

• Define customer strategy and identify new complex opportunities
• Understand customer product and business roadmap to uncover opportunities
• Design and apply Stripe solutions to customer challenges
• Lead strategy engagements including discovery, executive briefings, presentations, and demos
• Act as Voice of the Customer to bring insights to product and engineering teams
