💼 About This Role

You'll manage and develop a team of strategic Account Managers in our Chattanooga branch, driving customer relationships and revenue growth through KPI management while leveraging our proprietary technology DASH. Your core impact will be ensuring client retention and optimal service across a book of business by maintaining communication and data integrity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide management, mentorship, and coaching to strategic Account Managers.
• Plan or provide backup support for accounts across the Account Management team.
• Manage team operations to support client relations and retention.
• Oversee scheduling and coverage while balancing workloads.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in third-party transportation
• Experience in mentorship or leadership
• Extensive skillset in customer service and account management
