You'll translate business priorities into impactful live programs from flagship conferences to community moments. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to build a world-class regional team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and scale APAC events organization managing a regional team.
• Translate strategic business priorities into executable event programs.
• Establish operating models, resourcing frameworks, and production standards.
• Direct end-to-end program delivery ensuring operational excellence.
• Build scalable systems, playbooks, and vendor ecosystems.

📋 Requirements

• 10–15+ years experience leading large-scale event programs.
• Experience at a Director level within global organizations.
• Proven ability to build and scale events across diverse markets.
• Deep expertise in logistics, production, and operational planning.
