๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll be Conversion's first GTM hire, building the sales-led motion for an AI-native marketing platform. You'll help close high-intent leads and define the sales playbook from scratch, working directly with founders and product. This role is in-person 5 days/week in San Francisco.

  • Talk to prospects and communicate value proposition
  • Build and run experiments on new growth channels
  • Shape sales collateral and early process, tools, systems
  • Collaborate with product and engineering on solutions

  • Comfortable talking to prospects and explaining technical workflows
  • Excited to prospect and build pipeline from scratch
  • Thrives in a startup environment with ownership and autonomy
