๐ผ About This Role
You'll be Conversion's first GTM hire, building the sales-led motion for an AI-native marketing platform. You'll help close high-intent leads and define the sales playbook from scratch, working directly with founders and product. This role is in-person 5 days/week in San Francisco.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Talk to prospects and communicate value proposition
- Build and run experiments on new growth channels
- Shape sales collateral and early process, tools, systems
- Collaborate with product and engineering on solutions

- Experience at an early-stage startup
- Comfortable talking to prospects and explaining technical workflows
- Excited to prospect and build pipeline from scratch
- Thrives in a startup environment with ownership and autonomy
