• Manage coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, and community organizations
• Maintain effective fiscal management of caseload by monitoring metrics
• Partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision to field employees

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor degree is required
• Comparable experience in staffing/scheduling at a home care agency
• Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility
• Strong computer skills including electronic medical record
