💼 About This Role

You'll work at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Customer Success, enabling top learning organizations to align with 360Learning capabilities. As the first Presales Engineer for Germany, you'll drive regional success with EMEA team support. This role is foundational to business expansion in the DACH market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Master product value proposition through shadow meetings and training
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements
• Build engaging strategies to move deals forward in the sales funnel
• Become a trusted advisor to prospective customers from C-level to developers

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or LMS implementation
• Consultative selling background
• Knowledge of enterprise technologies like SSO, CRM, ERP, or HRIS
• Native German and business fluent English
