Description

You will lead the technical strategy for MOO's post-purchase domain, covering manufacturing, fulfillment, shipping, and customer support tooling. You'll define architecture, improve scalability and reliability, and mentor engineers, working hybrid from East Providence with occasional travel to London.

Requirements

• Proven track record shaping architecture for complex post-purchase/manufacturing domains at scale
• Expert in designing service/event contracts, data flows and reliability patterns for multiple teams
• Skilled facilitator aligning Ops, CS, Product and Engineering stakeholders
• Comfortable working with remote teams across different time zones
• Comfortable balancing migration with tactical scaling in live systems

Responsibilities

• Define architectural roadmap across manufacturing, fulfilment, shipping and CS tooling
• Lead cross-team initiatives to increase throughput and reduce cost-to-serve
• Improve observability across order journey from 'buy' to 'delivered'
• Enable 360° order view for CS and Ops via standardised data pipelines
• Mentor Staff and Senior Engineers; facilitate design reviews and workshops
