🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to maintenance service requests and complete repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Prepare apartments for turnovers and inspect vacated units.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs.
• Document work performed and parts used daily.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of full-time general maintenance experience
• HVAC certification/EPA 608 certification
• Valid driver's license

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
• Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS)
• Knowledge of Entrata and CMMS systems
