Join BlueSky Telepsych as a psychotherapist, working from home with flexible hours. You will build your caseload rapidly, collaborate with a team of therapists and prescribers, and participate in regular virtual clinical meetings, all while focusing on patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Fully licensed as LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD
• Open to licensing in alternative states
• Significant prior clinical experience preferred
• Experience with diverse populations (LGBTQ+, transgender) desired
• Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate actively in a team-based format with psychiatric and counselor providers
• Participate in monthly virtual clinical meetings
• Build caseloads quickly
• Practice with autonomy without corporate interference
• Coordinate patient care between providers
