💼 About This Role

You'll foster strong relationships with client accounts in the Banking & Insurance vertical, managing ongoing relationships and ensuring delivery of value-added solutions that drive revenue growth. You'll coordinate with internal teams to enhance client experience and support, ensuring service agreements are exceeded.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as post-sales support contact for customers.
• Coordinate with Delivery, Onboarding, Implementation, and Customer Service teams.
• Conduct Customer Value Touchpoints to document use cases and KPIs.
• Identify and facilitate customer training needs for a diverse portfolio.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales, client service, or account management.
• Proficient in SFDC, KPI, and BI Portal applications.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise product line related to business unit solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for high-level documentation.

• Master's degree and certifications preferred.
• 3-5 years of project management experience.
