Description

You will play a pivotal role in the design process for multi-family, mixed-use and senior living projects, working closely with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to bring visionary architectural concepts to life. You will manage budgets, schedules, and programs while coordinating architectural drawings across disciplines.

Requirements

• Registered Architect with Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited university
• 10+ years of design experience is preferred
• Experience in the Living market preferred
• Cover letter, resume and portfolio demonstrating Revit skills and rendering abilities are required

Responsibilities

• Prepare strategic plans
• Serve as primary contact with clients
• Handle contract negotiations, billing, AR, performing close-out and archiving duties
• Manage budgets, schedules, and programs
• Facilitate and seal contract documents as Architect in Responsible Charge
• Coordinate architectural drawings across disciplines
• Support communication between project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultants
