You'll become a subject matter expert in MPower Proactive AI Agents, delivering high-quality implementations and analytics to global clients. You'll design dashboards, train teams, and drive data governance while working with cross-functional teams. This role offers the chance to lead the expansion into APAC.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Train team members, partners, and clients on data tools.
• Conduct research and data analysis to identify root causes.
• Write efficient SQL and scripts to extract and transform data.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in data engineering or professional services
• 3+ years in senior or leadership roles
• Experience working with databases at scale (e.g., MySQL, Redshift, PostgreSQL)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau)

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven data solutions
• Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Exposure to Python, R, or other scripting languages
