Description

You will collaborate with engineers across the company to build new customer-facing features and products end-to-end, directly impacting business growth and shaping the long-term technical vision. Working closely with user-facing teams, you'll design and implement solutions to improve banking experiences, owning problems from user experience to scalability and metrics.

Requirements

• 7+ years professional experience in full-stack application development
• Experience building and designing scalable backend systems
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases
• Experience with backend programming languages (Java, Kotlin, Python)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to build new features and products end-to-end
• Work with Sales and Support to understand customer needs
• Design and implement solutions to improve customer banking experiences
• Own problems end-to-end from user experience to scalability and metrics
