💼 About This Role

You'll lead the full accounts receivable lifecycle, including billing oversight and collections strategy, for a global financial technology firm. Your core impact will be driving cash flow optimization and aging reduction while partnering with Rev Ops, Client Success, and FP&A.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage A/R lifecycle including billing, collections, and cash application
• Monitor A/R aging and drive reduction in past due balances
• Lead and develop the Billing & Collections Specialist
• Partner with cross-functional teams on billing and payment issues

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5–8+ years of experience in accounts receivable or order-to-cash
• Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue environment strongly preferred
• Proficiency in NetSuite and Salesforce
