💼 About This Role

You'll join our Infrastructure team to ensure the stability and performance of our DataHub, the core of our Revenue Operations Platform. You will implement and maintain RDBMS and NoSQL systems through proactive monitoring and automation. Collaborate with senior engineers to scale cloud infrastructure for massive ingestion demands.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support scaling of RDBMS and NoSQL systems through monitoring and maintenance.
• Build automation and tooling to streamline database deployments.
• Manage backups, restores, and high-availability configurations.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks for 24/7 reliability.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years managing cloud-based database systems (AWS/GCP).
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra).
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Proficiency in Python or Bash for automation.

• Exposure to distributed systems or horizontal scaling concepts (e.g., sharding).
• Experience with read-replicas or scaling awareness.
