You'll teach and nurture behavioral, social, and daily living skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting. You'll follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs and accurately record progress using Central Reach data collection. This role offers top ABA training and support to launch your career.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in 1:1 settings
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record behavior analysis and progress in Central Reach
• Clock in/out and submit session notes per regulations

📋 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 with a valid driver's license
• Consistent Monday-Friday availability
• Ability to pass a background check
• High school diploma or equivalent

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT/CBT certification
• Background in child care or teaching
• Bachelor's degree in Pediatrics or Human Development
