Description

As the first point of contact for clients visiting Sotheby's galleries, you will ensure exceptional service, assist with general inquiries, and coordinate exhibition-related activities. You will support a seamless client experience across front-of-house spaces, liaising between clients and specialists.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Brand Ambassador, providing warm and hospitable service to clients
  • Facilitate premier in-person experience across front-of-house spaces
  • Assist clients with inquiries about sale calendars, exhibitions, and departments
  • Manage exhibition-related activities: gallery openings/closings, client accounts, bid registrations
  • Coordinate with departments to meet client needs
