Description

You will manage customer relationships, drive product expansions and renewals, and act as a strategic partner to ensure customers achieve their goals using our banking assistant platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years in account management, customer success, or renewal/expansion
• Experience collaborating with Account Executives and Technical Account Managers
• Experience at SaaS or tech company supporting SMB banks/credit unions preferred
• Exceptional communication and consultative skills
• Based in Bay Area preferred, with remote Eastern US option

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly business reviews and drive product expansions
• Own renewal strategies and collaborate with sales
• Identify upsell opportunities using performance KPIs
• Serve as escalation point and resolve issues with TAMs
• Advocate for customer needs and shape product offerings
