You'll grow our partnerships business by developing collaborations with Financial Institutions and Money Service Businesses in Germany and Europe. Your core impact will be signing up new partners and expanding existing business, supported by mentors and a structured training program. You'll launch your FinTech career at a global company with uncapped commission and clear progression pathways.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify, prioritize, and sign up new partners
• On-board and set up new partners across MSBs, Brokers, and FIs
• Report on progress against plan and meet targets
• Expand existing business and provide feedback to product managers

📋 Requirements

• Recent graduate with enthusiasm and motivation
• B2B sales experience or client-facing environment
• Fluency in German and strong business-level English
• Interest in financial markets and global trade
