💼 About This Role

You'll own Salesforce end-to-end: configure permissions, objects, automation, and data quality for our commercial teams. You'll keep integrations running smoothly across Apollo, Pardot, LeanData, and more. This isn't a ticket-closing role—you'll proactively drive continuous improvements to our commercial tech stack.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Configure Salesforce user permissions, objects, fields, and validation rules
• Build reports and dashboards for commercial team visibility
• Manage integrations with Apollo, Pardot, LeanData, Gong, and others
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and own improvements across commercial systems

📋 Requirements

• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience with flows, validation rules, and permissions
• Confidence handling large messy datasets and cleaning them up
• Strong communication skills to explain technical changes to non-technical stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with marketing automation tools like Pardot or HubSpot
• Familiarity with LeanData, Apollo, Gong, or DealHub
