You'll shape a growing design team at a global FinTech software company. You'll lead user-centered design for complex products and play a central role in defining product design strategy while contributing to the evolution of our design system.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead user-centered design activities for complex business challenges
• Translate insights into user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Partner with Product and Business teams to understand domain requirements
• Collaborate with UX/UI Designers and Engineers on design system evolution

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX design
• Expertise in user-centered design and research methods
• Proven ability to design end-to-end experiences for complex products
• Proficiency with Figma and Sketch

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working in Agile environments
• Fluency in English (B2)
