💼 About This Role

You'll own pipeline creation through paid channels for the North American market to accelerate 360Learning's growth. You'll manage search and social ads, optimize conversion funnels, and collaborate with BDRs to drive sales qualified opportunities. This role offers autonomy to execute experiments and impact a hypergrowth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and social (LinkedIn, Facebook) campaigns.
  • Define and monitor channel budgets to hit pipeline goals.
  • Optimize conversion funnel through A/B experiments.
  • Partner with BDRs to improve lead follow-up and conversion.

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on campaign management experience.
  • Strong expertise in SEM (Google Ads) and social ads.
  • Data-focused with ability to analyze performance and create experiments.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and Salesforce.

  • Experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Command of Marketo and Salesforce.
