💼 About This Role

You'll operate Placer.ai's ISO-aligned Security Event Management Process end-to-end, acting as the front door for all reported security events. Your work ensures every event is triaged, classified, and resolved with documented evidence. This role offers a foundation in security operations within a fast-growing AI-first tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own intake and triage of all security events from multiple sources
• Maintain the Security Event Register as single source of truth
• Classify events against severity matrix and coordinate escalations
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of event handling

📋 Requirements

• Computer science graduate or equivalent degree
• Hands-on experience in a SaaS or cloud technology company
• Working knowledge of Mac and Windows endpoint security events
• Familiarity with ticketing tools like Jira
