Description

You will own the planning and implementation of our Payroll chapter, ensuring payroll is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with country-specific regulations. You'll lead and mentor the Payroll team, manage relationships with third-party payroll services, and develop best practices and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Large experience in regional/global payroll operations
  • Understanding of global payroll best practices
  • Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries
  • Proficient in SAP, Excel/Google Sheets
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Own the complete payroll function, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Serve as point of contact between internal and external stakeholders on payroll matters
  • Lead and support the Payroll team, unblocking them as needed
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and country-specific regulations
  • Develop and implement best practices, KPIs, and SLA metrics
