You will own the planning and implementation of our Payroll chapter, ensuring payroll is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with country-specific regulations. You'll lead and mentor the Payroll team, manage relationships with third-party payroll services, and develop best practices and KPIs.

Requirements

Large experience in regional/global payroll operations
Understanding of global payroll best practices
Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries
Proficient in SAP, Excel/Google Sheets
Fluent in English

Responsibilities

Own the complete payroll function, ensuring timely and accurate processing
Serve as point of contact between internal and external stakeholders on payroll matters
Lead and support the Payroll team, unblocking them as needed
Ensure compliance with corporate and country-specific regulations
Develop and implement best practices, KPIs, and SLA metrics
