Description
You will own the planning and implementation of our Payroll chapter, ensuring payroll is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with country-specific regulations. You'll lead and mentor the Payroll team, manage relationships with third-party payroll services, and develop best practices and KPIs.
Requirements
- Large experience in regional/global payroll operations
- Understanding of global payroll best practices
- Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries
- Proficient in SAP, Excel/Google Sheets
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Own the complete payroll function, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Serve as point of contact between internal and external stakeholders on payroll matters
- Lead and support the Payroll team, unblocking them as needed
- Ensure compliance with corporate and country-specific regulations
- Develop and implement best practices, KPIs, and SLA metrics
