Description

You will lead sales, marketing, and census functions for a senior living community, optimizing occupancy and resident satisfaction through strategic planning, team management, and outreach events.

Requirements

• B.S. in Marketing or Business Management preferred or equivalent experience
• 10 years of Director of Sales and/or Marketing experience in continuing care retirement community or related fields
• Strong track record with sales strategy, communicating services, sales techniques, and census tracking

Responsibilities

• Optimize community census, financial results, and resident satisfaction for independent and assisted living residences
• Plan and execute events and programs to improve unique selling proposition and increase sales
• Develop and implement pricing strategies balancing company objectives and customer satisfaction
• Manage sales funnels from prospect acquisition to close/admission
• Supervise hiring, training, and performance of marketing and sales staff
