- Provide timely technical and product support via messaging and phone calls
- Proactively follow up on unresolved inquiries to ensure full resolution
- Work closely with clinical team to convey accurate information to members
- Accurately document all member interactions in appropriate systems

- 2+ years of customer service in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in speaking and writing Spanish
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in customer service platforms like Zendesk and healthcare platforms
