You'll shape product roadmaps and AI products for SMBs globally alongside the CPO. You'll drive rapid prototyping and iteration from 0→1 in a hands-on startup environment, owning product marketing and user research. This role offers direct access to the founding team and high impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Shape product roadmaps and prioritize features for market validation.
• Partner with engineering and design in fast sprints to prototype and deploy.
• Record product videos and screencasts to drive feature adoption.
• Collect user feedback, analyze metrics, and refine backlogs.

📋 Requirements

• Startup or consulting background in product/operations.
• Experience with 0→1 product launches.
• Hands-on skills in video tools, SQL, and productivity stacks (Asana, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot).
• Clear communicator for stakeholder and executive updates.

• Experience with UI/UX, AI, or software engineering.
• Proven playbook-building for onboarding or growth systems.
