💼 About This Role

You'll be a strategic partner to Sales Leadership in APJ, driving sales forecasting, analytics, and process optimization. You'll lead annual planning and revenue growth programs while improving sales productivity across the region. This role offers the chance to shape the go-to-market strategy for a high-growth SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as trusted advisor to APJ Sales Leadership on strategic initiatives
• Develop and manage sales forecasting, pipeline, and performance analytics
• Optimize and standardize sales processes for scalability
• Lead annual planning, territory management, and quota setting

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in sales operations or data analysis in B2B
• Experience working directly with Sales Leaders supporting forecasting and Salesforce
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Sheets/Excel, and Tableau
• Strong analytical skills with ability to articulate trends in ARR, churn, LTV, CAC

• Experience with SaaS or high-growth startup
• Experience with PLG or inbound-demand GTM funnel
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Finance
