You'll coordinate end-to-end hiring for a mission-driven nonprofit, directly enabling the People team to scale its impact. You'll be the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively source and engage diverse candidate pipelines
• Review CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate schedules
• Build and continuously improve the talent acquisition process
• Respond to inbound inquiries via the People Team Ticketing System

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of direct recruitment experience
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple processes
• Clear communication with internal teams and candidates
• Fluency in English
