You'll serve as the primary legal advisor to product and engineering teams developing blockchain-based payment solutions within the U.S. regulatory framework. Your core impact will be to define compliance policies and frameworks that enable responsible financial innovation. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise product and engineering teams on blockchain-based payments legal matters
• Provide guidance on US money transmission and payments regulations
• Design and implement internal compliance policies and governance frameworks
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and security teams on KYC, AML, and data privacy

📋 Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active U.S. state bar admission
• 7+ years of legal experience in fintech, payments, banking, or blockchain
• Strong expertise in US financial services regulation and money transmission laws
• Experience advising on product legal and compliance matters in fintech or crypto
