Description

You will drive patient retention and unit growth for Signatera testing in the North Houston region by building relationships with oncology practices, monitoring patient adherence, and improving clinical workflows. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support existing accounts and expand adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate's with 4+ years relevant experience
• Medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison, or nursing background, or 2+ years sales experience
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Gmail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Grow and support existing oncology accounts through relationship building
• Monitor patient testing to ensure adherence to prescribed protocol
• Assess needs of medical professionals to improve customer support and logistics
• Educate providers on Natera tools and resources for test order management
• Utilize internal reports to track patient retention and order volume KPIs
