💼 About This Role

You'll join Teads' Agency Sales team in Germany to drive revenue and build relationships with media agencies. You'll develop and execute sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities and delivering on targets. This role offers a hybrid work model and work-from-anywhere nomad days.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive revenue across your agency patch, focusing on existing clients and new prospects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and agencies.
• Identify new business opportunities within your agency patch.
• Propose relevant media recommendations adapted to client needs.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in selling media to media agencies
• Strong network within the German media agency landscape (preferably Publicis)
• Proven ability to close larger deals

• Experience with programmatic advertising platforms
• Knowledge of CTV and omnichannel strategies
