You'll own end-to-end recruitment for a fast-growing AI startup, partnering with hiring managers to fill both technical and non-technical roles. • Source, screen, interview, and close candidates across multiple functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and priorities.

📋 Requirements

• 4-7+ years of recruiting experience in startups or product companies.
• Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong understanding of tech hiring (engineering, data, infra roles).
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously independently.
