๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll ensure the Client Delivery team achieves all KPIs by developing watertight operations for nearly 4,000 learners and 300 clients. You'll independently create systems and drive client-level interventions to safeguard retention and business objectives. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Client Delivery and includes managing one Operations Specialist.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Ensure team achieves all KPIs through robust operations that prevent negative impact on learners or clients.
  • Independently create and iterate systems, plans, and processes for key priorities.
  • Own data-driven insights and reporting using BI tools and advanced spreadsheets.
  • Manage and develop one Operations Specialist, establishing learner-centric priorities.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3โ€“5+ years in operations management.
  • 1+ years direct people management.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data visualisation, and advanced spreadsheets.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and navigating complex, changing environments.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in client-facing delivery or education operations.
  • Familiarity with apprenticeship programmes or EdTech.
